Andrew Donohue
Director, Founder and

- Advanced Diploma of Building Design and Contract Administration,
- Diploma of Building Surveying,
- Registered Building Practitioner
Andrew is the owner and director of AD Building Design. With 20+ years’ industry experience as both a building designer and inspector, Andrew has successfully grown the business of AD Building Design. Andrew has always loved working with people to see their ideas become reality, whether that is a Mum & Dad investor or larger organisation. His work is about finding solutions or creating new ideas.
Jacob Dakin
Senior Designer
Qualifications:
- Advanced Diploma of Building Design
Jacob has been working with AD Building Design for over 10 years. He is a Building Designer on both commercial and residential projects, in the Bass Coast and South Gippsland shires. Jacob is one of our senior designers and provides leadership to our team. Jacob’s work is featured on the website.
Brittney Patterson
Building Designer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architectural Studies, Bond University
- Cert IV in Building and Construction (Building)
Brittney is a Building Designer with extensive experience on both commercial and residential projects. She brings over 7 years of expertise in architectural design, documentation, and project coordination, delivering thoughtful and practical solutions that align with client needs. Brittney is passionate about sustainable, human-centered design and has a strong understanding of construction codes, planning policies and regulatory requirements.
