Andrew is the owner and director of AD Building Design. With 20+ years’ industry experience as both a building designer and inspector, Andrew has successfully grown the business of AD Building Design. Andrew has always loved working with people to see their ideas become reality- whether that is a Mum & Dad investor or larger organisation. His work is about finding solutions or creating new ideas.
Ian Enderby

- Associate Diploma of Architectural Drafting R.M.I.T.
- Bachelor of Art/Architecture (Honours) Deakin University
- Registered as a practicing Architect (16292)
- GBCA Green Star associate
With a comprehensive background in Architecture, Ian has honed a diverse skill set that encompasses design, design development, construction documentation, quality assurance, and contract management. He has successfully overseen the execution of numerous projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications and regulatory requirements. His experience as an associate has enabled him to facilitate communication channels and keep stakeholders informed at every stage of project development. Additionally, his skill in setting short-term milestones has been instrumental in maintaining project timelines and achieving milestones efficiently.
Jacob Dakin

Jacob has been working with AD Building Design for over 10 years. He is a Building Designer on both commercial and residential projects, in the Bass Coast and South Gippsland shires. Jacob is one of our senior designers and provides leadership to our team. Jacob’s work is featured on the website.
Stacy Tonkin

Joining AD Building Design in 2022, Stacey is the office manager and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business. Having worked in large international corporations, Stacey has an acute awareness of importance of the client/company relationship and the moving parts involved for the client and the design team.
